Operations Manager

Due to expansion an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager responsible for our Aberdeen sites.

Objectives

Maintain constant communication with managers, staff and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company.

Oversee compliance of all Group HSE procedures are maintained and implemented

Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company performance

Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget

Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as required

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and support a small team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment

Work closely with HSE and Legal departments

Knowledge of business productivity

Preferred Skills

Experience in Waste Management and/or Metal Recycling would be an advantage

Road Transport Logistics

Plant Maintenance knowledge

Excellent Salary and Incentive Package with this management role

Company Vehicle provided

Yard Controller

Due to expansion a new role has been created at our Aberdeen Site

Maintain constant supervision and communication of all logistical movements within the site

Quality Control inspection and reporting of incoming material

Maintain PPE stock inventory and management of supply

Maintain Hot Cutting consumables and management of supply

Full training provided

Operations Assistant

Due to expansion an opportunity has arisen for an Operations Assistant based at our Aberdeen site

Working in the busy Operations Office

Reporting and management of incoming material documentation

Telephone and Email management of incoming communication

Full training provided and opportunity for progression within the business

Excellent Salary package

Project Manager

Due to expansion a new role has been created based at our Aberdeen operation but some travel required on projects

Working alongside our Projects and Operations Teams

Planning and costing of projects

Implementation, Management and Delivery of the projects

Knowledge of Crane Lifts and Logistics

Appointed Person and Lift Supervisor experience preferred

Knowledge of Road Transport Logistics

Knowledge of Abnormal load movements

Telescopic and Forklift Operator

A new role has been created at our Aberdeen operation

Experience on telescopic and Counter Balance Forklift preferred

Experience in Waste Management or Metal Recycling Industry an advantage
